So today was day 2 of the 12 week challenge. Still not eating clean yet, trying to get rid of leftovers!
Got my workout in, still not feeling motivated to get to the gym daily, but I made it.
Workout: Back/biceps, yoga journal 21 day yoga challenge day 1 workout
Food: lasagna, bread, lettuce, ranch dressing, cake, lemonade, 2 pigs in the blanket, chicken pot stickers, tempura sushi rolls with brown rice, diet coke, double fudge brownie ice cream mini
Water: 72 oz
