Game Time

So today was supposed to be the beginning of a strict eating schedule and a strict work out schedule.  I got the work out in, however... the food was another story.  This weekend my parents gave us an engagement party and we had  A LOT of leftover food.  This means that Michelle and I have lasagna and salad and dressing and bread and chips and queso and cake and brownies filling up our kitchen!  At least I got the work out in.  Since this is my last official week of "vacation," I'm going to use it to the fullest.  I will get my workouts in, but the food choices may not be top notch.  Next week's meal plan is already written and I've got my grocery list ready to go!  Just need to get rid of this "junk" food and move on! 

Workout: day one, of Jamie Eason's 12 week plan- chest/triceps, added 20 mins cardio
Food: lasagna, bread, casear salad, lemonade, cake, salad, light balsalmic vinagerette, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, ranch veggie dip, cantaloupe, grapes, fruit dip, cake, beer, chips & queso
