Week 2 LiveFit Trainer

Today started week 2 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer.  Got to sleep in a bit; last day of vacation before starting my final clinical.  I'm excited and nervous at the same time! 

Workout: Chest/Triceps- 38 minutes with 5 minute warm up
Food:
Breakfast (11 am)- Fage Greek yogurt with honey

Lunch (12:15 pm) - Shrimp tacos (recipe from Oxygen fitness new year special edition book), about 1 c salad with about 2 Tbsp Balsalmic vinaigrette

Snack (2:45 pm) - 2 Turkey Meatloaf Muffins (recipe from Jamie Eason's Live Fit trainer on bodybuilding.com)

Post workout snack (5 pm)- 1 c almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Dinner (7:15 pm) - 2 c salad, 1 HEB frozen chicken breast (about 6 oz), 1/4 c bell peppers, 3/4 c black beans, 1/4 avocado, 2 Tbsp olive oil and vinegar dressing

Treat (8 pm)- 1 Russell Stover's chocolate

Total calories - about 1689
Protein - 139
Carbs - 176
Fat - 47
Fiber - 27

Looking forward to tomorrow and another day of clean eating!
